Obama’s money woes

My article is about Obama's campaign. His campaign was suppose to donate 1 billions to the re- election of 2012. The problem came from the Super PAC spending as much as they want on campaigns.


I think that if its been going on for this long then it should'nt be a problem. If Super PAC always spend unlimited money on the campaigns for demacratic parties then they should have to deal with the problem. The fact that this is the first time that donation came up short from uncontrolled spending is weird to me.
